Forms Checklist:
The following is a list of the things that must be submitted in order to participate at the fair. Please note that you must bring the original copies of all paperwork to the fair.
1. Pay
-
Fill out the
payment form and pay your registration fee
of $35.00. Payment is required for each student participant. A
$15.00 late fee is applied to participants who pay after the
registration date printed on their invitation letter. Visit our
payment page and input each PIN you are paying for. If paying by
check, a printed payment confirmation sheet and your check must be
received on-site during the fair registration or by mail prior to
the start of the fair. $5.00 Check Processing Fee is required for
each check. No processing fee when paying by Visa, Master Card,
Discovery, or American Express. Absolutely NO CASH will be
accepted!
2. Fill out all general project forms:
