The Governor's Science and Technology Champions Academy (GSTCA) is a week long, summer-residential-STEM camp sponsored by the Texas Workforce Commission and awarded to eligible senior division winners at the ExxonMobil Texas Science and Engineering Fair (EMTSEF).
